Fall off the bone tender and moist and OMG we have a winner here~yep winner winner rib dinner because it takes no time but tastes like you needed all the time…trickery ????  Nothing wrong with easy~NOTHING I do use grass fed and because of that I am getting all the health benefits of fatty acids  that contribute to a balanced keto adapted diet.  Enjoy!!

Braised Short Ribs

  • 8 grass fed short ribs
  • 1/2 organic onion~roughly chopped
  • 1 (15 oz) can organic tomato sauce
  • Organic Seasoning (for sprinkling on short ribs prior to cooking) as much as you like:
  • celtic sea salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder


  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees
  2. You will be using a roasting pan or your favorite oven safe dish-toss in your ribs and season with all the seasoning listed above…basically as much as you like (I use them all very generously). 
  3. Pour the tomato sauce and onions over the ribs and turn them to coat well. 
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake them for about 8-10 hours….they will truly fall off the bone but oh so~so good!!
