Caesar Dressing

I think Caesar salad has to be such an American classic…it’s like the perfect little black dress; just add chicken (earrings), shrimp (scarf), sirloin (necklace), mahi mahi (the heels!!) OMG I could go on and on.  This salad is so easy to have on hand for a quick bite or meal; the only problem is not having the dressing ready to go and relying on the store bought…again soybean oil city~yuck again.  So whip up some Caesar dressing and store in the fridge for about a week (pick up some small dressing containers and then you can take it with you when you go out to dinner).  Enjoy!!

  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 anchovy fillets~cut up super duper small
  • 4 organic garlic cloves~minced super fine
  • 1/4 cold pressed olive oil
  • 1/4 mct oil
  • 3 TBS fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2-1 tsp organic Dijon mustard
  • celtic sea salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper


  1. Whisk all the ingredients until fully incorporated~transfer to a mason jar and wa~la yum city!!
