Grapefruit & Celery

Juicy Grapefruit & Celery Salad

So juicy and so refreshing! This salad is just a simple and dare I say somewhat elegant to include on your dinner menu.  It will pair nicely wish grilled fish and hold up as a light lunch as well.  I will make this with fresh lemon juice as well but you will not get any segments in it.  Enjoy!!
