- 4 oz Organic Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbs Keto Mayo
- 1/3 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 -1/2 TBS Dry White Wine
- 1/2 cup Lump Crab Meat-picked through for any shell (freeze some for later)
- 1/3 cup Organic Mild Cheddar Cheese-freshly grated
- Honestly this is so wonderfully easy to make; just heat in a small sauce pan all the ingredients until cheese is melted through and transfer to a prepared shallow baking dish. I top the mixture with more parmesan cheese and bake at 375 for about 20 minutes~ish (you could kick the broiler on a few minutes to brown fast at the end) Yum, so good. I serve with celery or your own keto-style tortillas.
