Matcha Chiller

So day 22 of my LEAP rotation and as I see it if I am the one going through it you have to be the one to listen about…fair?  This “no wine” is for the birds~BUT I must say that it has gotten much easier to grab the tea pot and for that I am honestly tickled So as I sit here well into the cocktail hour on St. Patty’s day I will pass on the green beer and toast you with some green matcha instead…cheers!!!

Matcha Chiller
Save Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp green matcha
  • 1 cup of goat milk
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen organic banana
  • 1 TBS organic raw honey
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. It does not get much easier then this~put all ingredients into a blender/bullet whatever and mix! How is that for easy? Actually I make a slurry of the matcha and a drip of milk, just so I can incorporate the powder easier.  Happy sipping/slurping
