Oh my how a green matcha latte can make the world a happier place…sigh If you take the time to make these at home you will find they are so much better than the store-bought version and the nice thing is, this can be as simple or fancy as you desire~just think how much control you have over your destiny-even if it only is for a few relaxing moments.  Enjoy!!

  • 1 cup unsweetened milk (cow, almond, coconut)
  • 1 tsp of green matcha powder
  • sweetener to your liking (honey, swerve, erythritol, stevia glycerite)
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • A bit of vanila if you like


  1. In a small saucepan over medium low heat bring your milk up to a gentle simmer. 
  2. Add matcha powder and whisk continuously while adding your choice of sweetener. 
  3. Carefully add boiling water and whisk vigorously until you get a nice froth, pour and enjoy!
