Pepperoni Bites Recipe


I miss the salty snacks that are quick and convenient; but I do not miss their unhealthy attributes…what to do~what to do?  Well this is by no means a hard recipe…actually it really is not a recipe because there is just an oven and pepperoni and your time oh and it’s so worth it if you make them earlier in the day and you have a gathering later on and the only things that are in grabbing distance are chips and pretzels.  Again, I am a high fat girl so these are a great alternative to the unhealthy carbs in most snacks.

Wasn’t it Marie Antoinette that famously said “Let them eat pepperoni!”…Enjoy!!

  • 15 slices of pepperoni and/or salami that is uncured and wheat-free…basically what you have found that you like


  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
  2. Using your biggest cookie sheet place the slices of pepperoni or salami where they do not overlap one another; cook for about 10 minutes and then flip and continue about another 8 minutes (ish). 
  3. Take them out when they look crisp and the edges are beginning to brown. 
  4. Remove from sheet pan and place on a cooling rack.  Super easy
