- 15 slices of pepperoni and/or salami that is uncured and wheat-free…basically what you have found that you like
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
- Using your biggest cookie sheet place the slices of pepperoni or salami where they do not overlap one another; cook for about 10 minutes and then flip and continue about another 8 minutes (ish).
- Take them out when they look crisp and the edges are beginning to brown.
- Remove from sheet pan and place on a cooling rack. Super easy
