Roasted Broccoli

So here I am on day 30 of my food rotation program and I must say that I do feel better and that it has really allowed me to appreciate simply prepared foods to an enjoyment that once thought to be good and satisfying now considered “off the charts amazing”~and yes I am including items such as beets and fish not all covered up with window dressing hoping to impress.  I never EVER thought that salt and pepper and a technique would be so wonderful.  I used to pride myself on all sorts of interesting/different and difficult ways to prepare food and all along the magic ingredient was in front of my little ego the whole time-simplicity.  Enjoy!!
