  • Coconut flakes~unsweetened and get the big/wide flakes (organic)
  • Cocoa/Vanilla:
  • Cocoa powder~about a good spoonful per 2 cups of coconut
  • Vanilla Whey~(I use Jay Robb) again I used a big spoonful
  • pinch of fine celtic sea salt
  • Salt & Vinegar:
  • I used coconut vinegar~about 2-3 Tbs per 2 cups of coconut
  • Fine celtic sea salt~about 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon/Sugar:
  • 2 tsp organic cinnamon
  • 2 tsp swerve
  • small pinch of fine celtic sea salt

  1. I take my largest (non stick) skillet and add the coconut along with the ingredients that sound good to you and turn the heat to medium.
  2. I constantly stir the coconut so it does not burn (which can happen faster than you think) and once the flakes start to brown on the edges it is done (at least for me but some may find they like the added layer of flavor with a darker flake).
  3. The browning process should take anywhere from 3-5 minutes depending on how high your heat is.
  4. I remove the from the pan and put them on a clean kitchen towel or paper towel so they can cool.
  5. I store in air tight containers on the counter for up to a week.
  6. Have fun and let me know some of the fun flavor combinations you discover 🙂
