The pizza crust!

I have gone through my share of pizza crusts~like Columbus searching for the promised land and like Christopher I feel as though I found it.  Pretty remarkable when you think about it!  This crust meets the criteria we are all searching for: you can pick it up, it’s chewy and delicious, so there you go-pizza 101 requirements; oh and it’s easy to make.  So gather your favorite toppings and let’s go!   • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 3/4-1 cup white cheddar shredded (I use mild here)
  • 2 TBS organic cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves roasted garlic
  • pinch of celtic sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. In microwave oven or in a small saucepan over medium low heat melt your mozzarella and cheddar cheese, remove and let cool slightly. 
  3. Meanwhile smash your garlic and whisk egg in small bowl. 
  4. Add all your ingredients
